There are five easy ways you can book tickets for your journey:

  1. Booking online

    Use the Journey Planner on our homepage to book your ticket. Your ticket will then be sent to you along with an order confirmation email - simply print the ticket email and bring it with you.

  2. Booking by phone

    If you'd prefer to book over the phone, just call our +234 905 3561 655 where a member of staff will help with your booking.

  3. Booking with an E-voucher

    If you have an E-voucher, you'll be prompted to enter the voucher's ID when making your booking through our Journey Planner. Your voucher's ID is unique, and is shown on your voucher as four letters followed by seven numbers.

  4. Booking at the station

    If you have an E-voucher, you'll be prompted to enter the voucher's ID when making your booking through our Journey Planner.

  5. Booking with an agent

    You can buy tickets at most Post Office branches, or from hundreds of high street agents nationally.

Online via the payment gateways or direct transfer to our bank accounts stating the reference code in the narration of the transfer. Please note that reference code must be stated for all direct transfers

We have a NO REFUND policy. All payments cannot be refunded but tickets are valid for a period of 30 days after booking.
Yes, provided there is a bus for your new destination. Note that the fares for your new destination will apply.
Norte Express Limited will not be liable to any loss of item in the bus or our terminals. Please ensure you keep your luggage and items safe.
Yes. At the point of booking online, you are required to select your preferred seat number.
Guests check in closes 30 minutes before departure time. Ensure you are punctual. However, we can schedule you for another bus subject to availability of space and bus based on our schedule. FAilure to meet your bs attracts a fee of #1000 for rescheduling.
All passesngers are entitled to one middle sized luggage wich must not exceed 25kg. However you may be asked to pay for an additional sea t in a case where your baggage exceeds the weight allowed.
